Situated on the banks of the River Avon, a short distance from its junction with the River Spey, Ballindalloch Castle has been the home of the Macpherson-Grant family since it was started in 1546.

Over five hundred years of Highland history is waiting to be discovered. There is the 16th Century baronial castle, acres of formal gardens, woodlands, and riverside walks to explore. The Castle Tearoom serves delicious lunches and teas, and the Castle Shop has a good selection of Highland gifts and souvenirs, along with traditional clothing and books of local interest.
